nope but there has been speculations that it is a bug because of how it doesn’t really make sense with the throuple. Why is she going to a gloryhole after getting into a relationship with Lena and Ian the two people she has been crushing on. Maybe it will turn out that it was supposed to happen but it does seem very out of place.
Either Ivy holly isn’t able to get into throuple or there is a check for the throuple flag and it stops the scene or the scene is updated to change how Lena reacts if in the throuple.
The only genuinely good girl in this story is Lena(wisdom) next would be Alison, if you can ignore her clinginess i.e.

That is, in fact, the case. If Ivy fucks Holly then it blocks the "trinity" from forming.
The throuple+gloryhole mixup happens in a somewhat different scenario, that doesn't involve sex with Ivy.

It's a bug that Holly, who is more of a slut, gets into a relationship, yes. The gloryhole scene is just a part of the route where Holly becomes a slut, which can happen in a few different ways. That version of Holly is supposed to not be available for any of the relationships with Ian and Lena.
ahh my bad. I was confused how it was playing out. Guess no need to worry about it then.
