I've been playing another route where Ian helps Perry get with Emma, a tough task with that guy. Heheh... but I finally done it, and you had the option to peek in at them, and I laughed my butt off... I'll put three scenes in a spoiler, before he peeks, when he peeks and his comments after he peeks, which is what made me laugh out loud...

I’m almost done with the planned content for the Alpha release of Chapter 13.3! I still need to finish writing two scenes and wrap up the remaining artwork, which I expect to receive this week.
The closer a release gets, the more it burns in my hands. I can’t wait to finalize the remaining pieces and share the results with you all.
I’ve also implemented the results of your votes for Emma’s new look! For now, here’s a sneak peek at a new setting that will appear in this chapter.
So maybe update this weekend? More likely next week, but fingers crossed.

Looks like option 1. Ian was about to move to the new office. Now I wonder if it is the same building where Seymour has that luxury office where he broke Lena after signing the contract.
If that's the case I can't wait for Ian to get busy with Nat in that office.
