We already have a MMF option with wade if im not wrong, so wade is planned to get involved with Lena in some way or the other. I feel this swinging situation is not too far fetched as well.

It depends on when Cindy and Wade get back together. Right now, they just broke up, so they need some time to come back together and reconcile. Possible swinging later in the chapter or towards the end of the game.

Yeah i think soo too, although end of the game would be too late in my opinion. The one sided open relationship path which is running right now feels would be the perfect path to put it on. Ian & Lena are in love and lena is bringing in different girls for threesomes since they are sexually experimenting while still being in love with eachother. Another swinging experiment feels logical move on that path.

Cindy and Lena are pretty iffy with each other. You'll need Wade to smoothen things out between them and Cindy's pretty jealous towards Lena.

Cindy being jealous was the main reason why she got in touch with axle and got into modelling. If you remember the club scene where Lena is bartending, Lena has an option to warn Cindy about axle, once cindy learns how bad he is, she would automatically appreciate Lena more since she tried to help her.
Beside you are correct as well, wade would also help in smoothing things over in addition, Cindy likes Ian a lot since he always tried to help her and wade with their relationship.
There is not much negative stuff between Lena & Cindy, as much as there is positive stuff to make their relationship better, if you get what im trying to say.
