You can convince Cindy to refuse him on the love path if you choose the wits option in chapter 12. Else she always falls for him.

I think it's unclear if anything happens between them when Wade breaks up with Cindy.
If nothing else, I would assume Eva would like to include a version of events so Lena can be on the Axel route without getting auto-cucked without having to have Ian doing the Cindy route simultaneously.
Visually Cindy having the tan top instead of the white one may imply he hasn't gone all the way with Axel I guess?

Cindy and Wade always break up. However, if Ian helps them, they do it amicable. Its also possible that they get back together in the future. If Ian helped them, Cindy shows concern for Wade and is less inclined towards Axel in chapter 13, so she may refuse Axel in the long run and go back to Wade.

I dunno, I don't really play his route myself, I'm just going off the thought that cucking players can usually lead to negative reactions which I imagine Eva would prefer to avoid. We all like different things and I assume at least some players might want to play the Axel route where Lena is into him and his whole deal but also his only girl?

I think it can be argued that, much like players signing up for Louise experience, people who go for Axel are well aware Axel isn't going to be faithful to Lena -- he never was in the first place, and he makes it bloody obvious both to Lena and the player that after their breakup he doesn't even view her as a relationship partner anymore, just a willing cock sleeve that he's got wrapped around his finger, using their previous emotional and sexual connection.

In a way, it's like going as Lena for Mike. Lena might have delusions of romance going as far as hitting heart options left and right, but Mike will fuck Ivy regardless (and tell Lena she was stupid if she thought he wouldn't)

You need to read some patreons again, who are wondering how Lena will fix Axel.

For whats worth, it may not be out of the question to have distinctive love path with Axel contrary to a pure lust path, but even then it likely boils down to Lena merely being Axels Nr. 1 girl and still having to accept that Axel will do as he pleases.

Even on the Louise path, this update gave Ian a charisma option to deal with her, so that she may wisen up and not take the relationship for granted.
