No. The game first checks for the cuck path, specifically if you're on cuck level 2 or 3 and if it is, it sends the two MCs to the cuck scene at the beach house, if not then it checks if they are sleeping with each other/dating, leading to the late relationship. You can however be on the Lena dominant over Ian and on the cuck level 1 route, and there will probably be ways to raise the cuck level later.

I restart this game every 2-3 updates. I took even longer this time. But every time I try it again, I get less and less patient with the early chapters. Things that I look forward to tend to happen a lot later in the game than I remembered.

No, Holly sleeping with anyone that's not an MC puts her on the slut path, which is incompatible with the throuble path.
Damn that sucks...but at that moment I feel like it would be selfish for Lena to not let her go...argh why is it so hard for them to be together. I want Lena to be bi while still being loyal to Ian, she can fool around with Louise, Holly, Ivy but not with any other man. That's kind of my go-to route.
