I don't find either of them especially charming. Cindy of course owns her part of their relationship failing but Wade is also a terrible, dismissive, selfish, gossiping boyfriend.
As for Perry I don't think I have a super strong dislike for him as a whole, he just has a lot of bad qualities that makes him really unattractive but I suppose mainly his behaviour is super self-destructive, yammering on about other people and judging them endlessly, drinking heavily despite clearly being unable to handle himself when drunk and his resistance towards living a better life, at least for the first half of the game. It's good that he can improve his lot, I just wish it could happen with less screaming, kicking at clutching at the doorframe as you drag him to that point.

Sure, you’ve laid out a pretty solid list of their main flaws. Like I said before, they’re basically side characters to Ian, and their flaws mostly serve to highlight Ian’s strengths in comparison. That said, these flaws at least give them some depth and room to grow, depending on the choices the player makes through Ian.

Wade is probably the flattest of the two, personality-wise. He’s basically bored with his life, kind of lost and unsure about what he wants to do, stuck in place, a bit selfish, and not really paying attention to his relationship. He seems more focused on himself than anyone else, except maybe when he gets involved in Perry’s love life. Cindy isn’t much better in terms of selfishness. She’s ambitious, controlling in the relationship, acts like everything should go her way, and doesn’t really listen to Wade. Their communication is a mess, and even if Wade’s jealousy is somewhat justified, it ends up being suffocating for her.

As for Perry, he’s not meant to be attractive or a threat. He’s not a rival or a love interest, and definitely not there to steal the spotlight from Ian or Lena. He’s more like the spoiled kid who never had real problems, probably lived off his parents, didn’t need to work hard for anything, and lacks direction or ambition. He’s insecure, especially because of his stutter, and struggles socially. Comes from a pretty good family since his dad’s the mayor, but they don't seem super rich either. He acts kind of privileged and snobby. Maybe he sees himself as this artsy or intellectual type but he’s mostly just out of touch.

He doesn’t really realize how much his own attitude is holding him back. He thinks the comfort of his current life protects him from reality. That’s why Ian has to push him constantly to do anything. And when Perry does try, even a little, good things can happen. I get why people find him annoying though. He starts from pretty far back and changing someone like him would definitely take time and effort.

Still, even if he’s far from perfect, Perry can be funny, frustrating, or even a little endearing in how awkward and clueless he is, especially around girls. That makes him feel more human to me, not someone I’d call likable, but not totally hateable either.

I don’t really get why some people hate Perry so much ?
I was fine with him for the longest time, he is the typical loser friend, not too pushy, provides the flat, can talk and listen to Ian. He isn't dragging Ian down and if you don't like him, you can ignore and brush him off fairly easy, so its not fixed that Ian likes him.

What put a downer on him was his behavior on the chapter 12 trip. He complains about Emma's outfit, complains about her dog and complains about going topless. All the while using this vacation as the golden opportunity to woo her. Eva made him extra annoying and despicable for funsies, not entirely unlike how Robert or Louise often behave overly stupid to laugh at their expense.

Perry’s kind of a clumsy guy. He can be a bit much sometimes, but deep down he’s not a bad person. If he gets too annoying, it’s easy enough to brush him off or just ignore him. Honestly, he’s more of a mild nuisance than anything serious.

During that vacation trip, it's true he kept whining about pointless stuff. I think it's because he clearly lacks basic social awareness and doesn’t really know how to behave around others. Most of the time, he just comes off as kind of pathetic and hard to be around. And the worst part is, he probably has no idea how much he’s hurting his own image in the process.

That said, I still find him less unlikeable than Robert. Which isn’t saying much, considering how awful Robert is most of the time. Louise is a bit easier to deal with. Yeah, she’s jealous, unstable, and super clingy, but she doesn’t seem like a genuinely bad person.

Actually, Robert and Louise both feel more one-dimensional than Perry. And that’s even more true for some of the toxic characters hanging around Lena’s social circle. They come off even flatter and almost cartoonishly unpleasant by comparison.

Pls how do i get Ian Lena Holly beach threesome?

Basically, you want to mainly focus on pursuing Lena with Ian. At first, you can also spend some time with Holly and agree to go with her on her trip. You’ll kiss her at the hotel but don’t take it further. Choose something like “I can’t because I’m with Lena.” Lena will get a bit upset with Ian, but they’ll make up pretty quickly.

On the other hand, when it comes to Lena, you should first make choices that favor Ian, then move on to those that favor Holly. That means rescuing her from Ivy, bringing her back to Lena’s place, and making all the “heart” choices. Over time, this builds up Lena’s confusion and romantic feelings for Holly. Eventually, they’ll share their first kiss, and the love triangle really takes shape during the friends’ beach trip.

Otherwise, you can always check the OP for the game walkthroughs.

I'll try and simplify things as possible. If you have any issues feel free to ping me.

1.Ian must have been in at least a casual relationship with Lena at some point. Also Lena_Ian_love should be at 2. You can set it to 2 by cuddling with Ian after having sex with him in chapter 7.

2.Ian must be on good terms with Holly. You can accomplish this by going on those first 2 dates with Holly(The one in the cafe at the beginning of the game and the one in the park) You can also ask Holly to come to her book signing trip with her even if you don't end up going. This will set Ian_go_Holly at true.

3.You can form the throuple from two different relationships i.e. IanxLena or IanxHolly. The most straightforward way is IanxLena. Start a relationship with her in chapter 9. Alternatively for the Holly Path you have to go on the trip with her kiss her and start the relationship as normal on a Holly playthrough (It's worth noting if you want to date Holly, you have to tell Jeremy at the bar in chapter 7 that with Lena you have no strings attached). Ian will break up with Lena to be with Holly but you should have no problems still creating the Throuple.

4.For the throuple to form Lena_go_Holly must be at least 4. Here are ways you can raise it as Lena: By telling Holly she is pretty when she wants to quit pole dancing(+1), by kissing Holly instead of letting Ivy do it t her place(+1), by trying to kiss Holly in Lena's room in chapter 8(+1), by trying to kiss Holly during her photo shoot in chapter 10(+1), by telling Holly you've been thinking about her in chapter 11(+1). By picking the heart option at the cafe when speaking to Holly(+1). In chapter 11, when Holly comes to visit Lena, if Lena_go_Holly is at least 4, i will get upgraded to 5 and Holly will kiss Lena. This will set the flag for the throuple to form.

5.Another thing to note is after recent patches the throuple cannot be formed with slutty anymore . So make sure Holly doesn't sleep with Ivy or any men if you are playing the IanxLena path. On the IanxHolly path Holly will automatically reject other men when she starts to date Ian. Lena however can effectively sloot around without this affecting the chances of the throuple forming.

6.At the beach house when Holly confesses to Ian about kissing Lena, select the "Just that?" option and express your support for Holly. From here on out it should be smooth sailing until the threesome forms.

Sorry this ended up being longer than I wanted it to be lol.

the other dude made a really good complex explanation, but in simple terms to follow quickly: both Ian and Lena needs to have a good relationship with Holly, almost romantic but without cheating, the characters must adress they have feelings for her. Plus Ian and Lena shouldn't be cheating hard on the other with a prominent character. You can encourage Holly to be like Lena to a certain point, but nothing to drastic. If you follow those lineups you shouldn't have any problems

It would be funny if you get knocked out in the MMA fight, that triggers a flag where at the very end of the game, right as Ian is getting his "Happily Ever After" with whichever girl, it turns out he suffered a blood clot from the knockout punch/kick to his head and the clot breaks loose and goes to his heart and Ian suffers a massive, fatal stroke.

Game over.

Clearly Ian used Lena to blackmail Seymour into hiring him as the chair of Seymour's publishing business, after which Ian, using his father's advice used his position to push through books from nepobabies in exchange for money and stocks, building a successful investment portfolio. He now lives in his penthouse apartment with his gold digger girlfriend Cindy.
