Jeremy is the most basic and realistic form of fuckboy you can come across tbh
There's his Brazilian equivalent at my muay thai gym, constantly talking about the girls he's got in his DMs and where he gonna party next weekend. Same exact mentality of fuck first think next, same non-committal approach to relationships,etc.
If you make em 6'4, athletic in a country with hook up culture, you gotta expect society to mold em to some degree to be like that.
Axel is a bit more nuanced since the character has some psychopathic tendencies. I'm sure there's thousands of copies of him in places like Miami where models/content creators and wannabe adult photographers converge.

Well, Jeremy owns it. He doesn't want commitment and 99% of his hookups know this in advance. Alison knows it, Emma knows it. Lena has technically a love option, but I'm sceptical on how much it differs from the lust path.
The exception is Louise and he is to blame partly for that shitshow. But considering how needy Louise is portrayed towards Lena and now Ian, its also clear she created most of this mess.

That's what I'm saying. Jeremey isn't particularly unrealistic character or even "morally" bad. His one and only default is having one brain and said brain ain't located in his cranium. He's like douchebag bad at worse.
Louise does emotional blackmail and from experience, that shit is wack. It wears you down, sucks your joy and energy away.
Then there's Alison using guerilla tactics to trap Ian.
Ignoring MCs since we can mold em however we want, Emma is surprisingly the most well-adjusted character to this point which is ironic, considering she's a homeless commie.
Idk which game you talking about but if someone is using her resources as they are, it's theft. If it's redrawn with different names and shit, it's fine. Eva herself using real life photos for her scenes, characters, etc.
