I think slut Holly gets that tattoo in general, but so far you only get opportunity to see it (and a comment on it) if Ian isn't in relationship on the final night at Perry's beach house, so he can accept her advances and then later a request from her to let her stay at his place.

But if you show interest in Holly, support her decision to try erolit for her next book, ask her what´s wrong at the end of ch.13, make love to her the dialog makes it pretty clear that even the slut version of Holly wants to be with Ian and he also is contemplating about her.

I think the love path for slut Holly will be a mix of getting her away from Ivy´s influence to keep further corruption at bay and Ian enjoying the wild version of Holly.
