At the beach holiday compliment Holly on her looks or hotness (player´s decision, both function), show interest for her, support her idea to write an erolit novel next, make love to her at both occasions, ask her what is wrong at the end of ch.13, ...
I estimate that with Ivy/Lena away at the shooting and Holly needing a place to live, we might convince her in the next Ian chapter to stay with him.

I don't think it's a bug. I was just wondering why Eva decided to make them different. Interestingly enough I think Geeky Holly's figure tends to match her Geeky aesthetic. Where as encouraged/slutty Holly is more in line with what Lena and Ivy look like.
If Holly can get like that after a few weeks of pole dancing, just imagine the waist Stan is going to get.
