Who do ya like pairing up? So far I like Ian and Allison, Ian & Emma, Ian & Lena i haven't focus on holly yet and as for the guys for Lena all them <removed>s suck lol

But how could you have energy left to nut with such a life?

Dunno, you can nut occasionally and still have a healthy ideal life (or not), it doesn't depend on your fap behavior. And in the rare cases where people are porn addicted and ruin their life in favor of porn... they likely got to porn in the first place because they failed at work and relationships. So better have a shitty substitution than none at all.
