The game doesn't seem to take into account here that Lena who has slept with Axel or otherwise got herself reported by Jeremy may have ended up forming trinity with Ian and Holly (
... don't have Lena talking about trinity, but instead, because she passes the last check (
... which doesn't match the actual situation by quite a bit.

Ian doesn't seem to be aware or remember that Lena can potentially have Seymour contract going and she's basically only there to hang out with Ivy. (and for that matter, neither does Lena)I hope this isn't a sign the poor guy's memory is already going at this young age, 50+ years of Alzheimer's would be a bitch to put up with. ._.

The last check here is a mismatch from the massage scene. It should be checking for
As it is, in some scenarios like with trinity ongoing Anthony will later act as if he and Lena have agreed on the photo shoot, instead of making a late offer about it.

These two options jump in middle of actual tease scene, after Lena makes her pitch. As a result, in these variants Mike is acting as if Lena made him an offer when she didn't actually say anything.
