That's an interesting question. My MC's are in the open relationship, but Lena doesn't have sex with any other LI's in the latest release as she's in the 3 way relationship with Holly and Ian. That bars every option for Lena to exploit the "open-ness"..:-(

I'm not sure you can get the trinity and an open relationship. There are 2 points in the game where it seems like an open relationship is a possibility, the first meeting in the park, but this is not open, just Experimenting Together, which doesn't really happen except if you get the Ian/Lena/Louise 3some. The next possibility is at the beach, and the choices before this point converge to create a real spiders web of possibilities. The only way I know of to get an open relationship here is to have one or both be cheating, confronting and either Ian or Lena opens the relationship. If you get the thruple at the beach, the open relationship didn't happen. I could be wrong ofc.

IMO Lena always seems to care more about what Holly thinks and feels, and she pretty much refuses to cheat on her. I do like the slutty Holly route where she gets with Ian at the beach and Lena finds out from Ivy later and is shocked by the betrayal.

Lena only talks about inviting Ian if she's in relationship with him in some manner. I imagine him showing up may be simply so people who cried how it's joever because it's Lena-only update without Ian can get a sex scene with him. Also, because it's potentially a good opportunity for him to get it on with Ivy, either in a threesome or as a pair.

Imma be real, I want high stakes. Sum for the story. If all there is is some cheap fucking, meh.

Uhm, what? Zarina only really comes across as jealous if Lena is hostel towards her and sides with Ivy. Zarina seems rather supportive of Lena if Lena makes even a modicum of effort to be nice. She has a clear distaste for Lena's "dress" or lack thereof if Lena has the skimpy bikini or takes her top off, but that gets glossed over pretty quick if again Lena isn't also a bitch.

If Lena is on Seymour route, Zarina goes instant fangirl for Lena, and doesn't care about what she is wearing. She is as shallow as Ivy, which is probably why they get on each others nerves.

Tbf, unless it’s an MMO or RPG where female characters are often chosen for aesthetics or gameplay reasons, most people prefer to play as male in eroge or harem-style games. Since male players make up the majority in this genre, it’s not surprising that more people are invested in Ian’s side of the story and want more content for him. Personally, I think Ian’s love interests are just more fleshed out or appealing overall. The only ones from Lena’s route I really like are Axel and Jeremy. That said, I still think Lena’s a solid protagonist and the game wouldn’t hit the same without her. Her perspective adds a different dynamic that balances the narrative, even if I’m more invested in Ian’s path.

COUNTER POINT! I don't think more people are invested in Ian. Cindy, Ivy, Holly, Lena, Allison even Minerva seem to have more fans in this thread, and the fanart thread than Ian. You can be invested in Ian, but trying to justify your own interest in his side of the story by saying thats how it is most of the time doesn't wash. This isn't a harem game like 99.99% of the harem games available, and praise be!

Roleplayers play their gender in all games, others play whatever they want and aren't fantasizing they are the main character. Each can do as they prefer, and you don't have to justify how you play by stating dubious statistics that support your view. There are a lot of male players in MMOs and RPGs that won't admit they play female characters, like it threatens their masculinity, they are just games, play how you like. Most people here in this thread like this game, differing opinions on why, so it's all good.

I must say, I actually find the inability of both Ian-Lena to not interact and Ivy to be a friend even when Lena doesn't give her time of day, a bit too annoying.

Even when Ian/Lena reject each other. They still end up friends.

It might be true only on F95 though, cause big majority of Eva's Patreon base prefers Lena as protagonist over Ian.

Lena is more popular than Ian according to the earlier vote, but calling Ian "very hated" seems way off the mark in my opinion.

Ian is inoffensive. He can be played as a bit wimpy, but also successful and even a chad.
What matters is that he has far better love interests and even a better circle of friends.

I just think the criticism about Ian is very unfair. At the beginning, he is supposed to be a "normal guy" who is a bit insecure because of the betrayal. It depends on the player how he develops throughout the story, whether he will continue to be nice or an idiot. The same goes for Lena. However, I agree that Ian's circle and even his interactions are superior to Lena's.

This would have been logical, and this scene would have happened, if LENA and JEREMY hadn't already had a sex scene where LENA picks up JEREMY near the pool.

I saw this too, it is just an image where it shouldn't be, it isn't an issue with the save. Not a bad thing to report it, but this was an alpha and had a few issues that will probably be fixed.

You need to choose the right dialogue options in the Nymph interview. I don't know all the routes that unlock that option, but I unlocked it by selecting all the charisma dialogue options in the interview.
