You are talking about the future then. Well, the thing is I don't get the feeling they are that good friends any more. They were friends when they were studying together but then Lena dropped out of college 2 years ago so they likely didn't meet that often. Especially as Lena was involved with Axel and probably hanging out with Ivy a lot more. Then she and Axel broke up and Louise conveniantely had an empty room. Since then Louise was working on her thesis and Lena was working 2 jobs.
Lena also shows no feelings for Louise. The sex is purely physical like with Robert, not like with Ian, Holly or even Mike.
But I am happy for your show of compassion :). It is a rare flower in this forum. One more reason for me to watch Arcade.
Now if only there was a show that could make you feel some compassion for Robert.... :D
In the case of him, you can't do without a good dose of magic.

There is NTR in this game but technically it's not because it doesn't see through Ian's perspective. It's through our perspective that it feels like NTR, because WE see Lena fucks around without Ian's knowing. So in-game, it's more like cheating. But as I said before, this 2 MCs is the best game since you can NTR yourself.

Too bad Eva killed it by make Lena saying no to committed relationship with Ian while having Jeremy on the side. Now it can't be full NTR, only open relationship.

Don't worry guys, I found evidence of Robert's redeeming qualities:

I don't like Robert at all, but to be honest he's no worse than any of the other men in the game. I mean at least he has a job and doesn't have to leech off his parents.

But it's OK because Eva is going to turn Stan into a model of modern masculinity!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

To give Robert his fair due, he's certainly one of the more realistic characters - most people I meet are selfish bastards too. :p

I bet there'll another opportunity for Lena to get it on with Jeremy down the line even if she's in relationship with Ian. I mean it's not like all that flirtation, sext and bj at party, plus her addiction for it will simply vanish just because she's in relationship.

There's an element of conceit with him as well that I dislike, but the same could be said of Jeremy. In fact, you can find all of Robert's unlikable traits in the other men.

In fact, I would say that they are practically the same, only Jeremy is lucky with his height and a huge dick. At times Robert is even nicer: he doesn't have that "me Casanova fucking everything that moves" attitude.

Absolutely true, but blackmail, attempts to impose oneself and use the girl's vulnerable position are too much.

And, perhaps, this is his main drawback within the framework of the game — when all the characters are hypertrophied in a good sense and represent certain archetypes and their stereotypical features, become apologists for certain advantages and disadvantages and avatars of fetishes — he is an ordinary person. And it makes him fade from the rest.

Robert is clearly set-up as a bad-version of Ian. Is he worse than Axel or Jeremy? No, but he is also not better than them. The difference is that Axel and Jeremy have somehow charisma Robert not. I don’t like the person Robert, but I think the type of person he represents has been implemented pretty good by Eva Kiss.

And just having a job, doesn’t make somebody a better person. Perry is lazy and a porn addict, but at least he has some moral standards. ;)

Perry is cool and funny enough when he doesn't whine and has potential overall. At least he's creative and has a passion.

Instead of Ian i would say he is the "amateur version" of Axel considering how his attempts at manipulation are so crude when compared to Lena's ex.

What blackmail again?

Not better, no. But less successful, maybe that is because he is hated so much

Also, here is EvaKiss in her last Q&A on Robert:
Robert was conceived to be a "bad" version of Ian, a guy not worthy of Lena's attention but who she could chose to pursue to simply satiate her lust. He was meant to have unlikable traits, but maybe I overdid it a bit too much lol. That's why I did a subtle rewrite to make him a bit less unsavory, but he had already gained everyone's hate. Though I've been trying to paint Robert a bit more as the "victim" recently, when Lena only uses him on a whim and doesn't care about his feelings at all, I guess Robert's that character that you just love to hate and that's fun

Most of the time if it's relationship check I think what done's done. Like if you said no to Louis, Stan, Robert, Minerva, Emma, Cherry, Holly.

Yeah but not in the case of Jeremy though, cause if you look at it Lena didn't reject him, she simply decided not to make a move which btw Jeremy wasn't even aware of, for him their last interaction was sext between them, so it's not really over imo.

I do have the most compassion for Robert since he acts like I did in my teenage years. But apparently he didn't mature past that point. I really want him to grow as a person, to understand his mistakes. I hoped hurting Lena would make him start questioning himself, but he disappeared from the game in my playthrough, so... Too bad he completely screwed up his first impression. But hey, it happened to me too. Sucks for him, but he could still become friends with Lena if he really cared for her and did some deep self-digging to realize that his overcompensation makes him look like a massive douchebag instead of a macho he wants girls to see him as. But just as a friend though, no sneaky bullshit. Maybe, he would really get lucky with Louise. Only I doubt she'd be able to date him when he occasionally "parties with his bros" for a week. On the other hand, maybe Alison would be a better fit for him. I can see her enjoying his dorky compliments and horny impulses.
