Sure, no problem. For that kiss to happen Ian can't be dating any of them. So you have to brush of Holly in the morning and you can't have gone on any date with Lena.
Edit: Also Lena must have shown interest in Holly at least twice (masturbating to her, kissing her)

This is not an accurate rumor. The game is going to have AT LEAST 20 chapters. So everything haven't been properly set up yet, it's too soon to think about any kind of endings.
