Well, for one, the coloring is not done by Eva but a dedicated colorist who gets paid for their services. If Eva managed to use this AI that emulated the coloring of another person, it would be a form of intellectual theft. I'm certain the colorist wouldn't like to be replaced with AI even for a portion of art pieces.
So, if Eva were to train AI on their drawings, it would have to be colorless sketches that consists only of line work so that the colorist could work their magic on top of that sketch.

My only addition, disregarding the choppy quality that could always be improved, would be to add some movements to the dude's arms. Looks just a tiny bit eerie, the lack of motion there.

Also, I been trying to generate Emma but most of the time the faces come out more like Lena with purple hair or Alison-ish. I'm not an AI expert but does this lora include the character?
