It would be nice if there was a little more balance to the reactions... like for example how Lena can be screwing 3 other people aside from Ian and it's just fine, but if Ian also sleeps with Holly he's scum... Also Ian isn't allowed to be mad at the art gallery when he finds out she is screwing Robert without telling him about it, but Lena can be jealous over a single kiss...

Am I playing this game wrong?
I'm on day 6 of week 2. - Lena bought a guitar and the next morning her mom calls to ruin her day (about her ex).
And so far there's been... well nothing going on but conversations amongst the characters.
What poor choices am I making that their is no naughty-ness happening??
Anyone help? Much appreciated.

It can be a slow burn depending on your choices. The MCs first real opportunities for both is the first time each of them goes to Shine, the cocktail bar.
