I guess the game is too realistic. Not to mention, the Dev had synopsis that's bad. It's written something like You will become a woman's worst nightmare and no means yes. That's why they call it a rape simulator, they think it's the guide of how to "dominate" women by force.

In my main playthrough, Ian is commited to Lena = in the last update, no lewd scene for me.

In my main playthrough, Lena is committed to Ian, she is open to the MFF threesome but will not cheat on Ian with a girl before having an FMF with her (because, yes, cheating on your boyfriend with a girl IS cheating, except in EK's screwed up brain, which has decided for us that if you want Ian to have the threesomes, you need for Lena to cheat on him with the girl first, the most frustrating and actually enraging dev decision in that game, alongside with the fact that you will not suggest any candidates for the MMF threesome if you have not already slept with them or sucked them (except boring John and Dadbelly Wade eurk), finding them hot is not enough - GGGB had the same problem, Ash in love with Dave and wanting an MMF cannot have it if she has not slept with one of the guys already - I mean what's EK's fucking problem in her brain ?
