Ok so... I have found an android solution...We need an uncen mobile version with the new contentmaybe one day.
1. Open the game once and close it.
2. Go to android - data - ouro player - files...this is where you will see data.ini
3. Change the name of Data.ini to Data.txt
4. Open the txt file with a txt file opener
5. Change shader to zero and hit save
6. Change the name back to Data.ini
Hopefully this helps those in need

Open Data.Ini via Notepad => Change Shader = 1 to Shader = 0
Open game, change scene
Mosaic is magically gone

Seems like this method is currently bugged. Some scenes are censored some are not.

very odd my lord, i did exactly that... could be that its interfering with the other version? ( side note, black fang is true however one scene is still mosaic and its tweark sex)
