What about 1.1.3b? it wasn't updated here...

Old post but responding since i promoted the thread.

1.1.3b was in development but never finished, so not released (abandoned).
1.1.2b was the last release and it was on Patreon. The dev didn't upload that version to itch.io which is why it's still at 1.1.2a there.
