Because nobody else has experienced that? Why do I learn it here? Is it so hard to mention? Changes I made were specifically to fix detection on multiple monitors.
What bug? Why do I have to learn it here?

Renders were 720p, in current public version they are 1080p. "Resolution" in settings has nothing to do with it and just controls render resolution in windowed mode (and window viewport size as a result). It doesn't affect fullscreen render resolution - this one is always same as your monitor resolution.Could I ask which resolution the game actually is (natively)? No matter what I do, even on the default, I see the game to be blurry, even in menu. I have a 1440p monitor, but that shouldn't cause any issues. And when I go to the settings, the game is showing 1280x1440. The picture files are 1280x720 Is the game really just 720p?
So there is no bug and you just speculated. 720p images would look blurry on 1440p monitor, except when using very small window with 720p render resolution, there is no bug in that.Because nobody else has experienced that?
Did you stop at Chapter 7 or something? Because from 9 onwards (i.e about 28 hours of the current 30 hours of gameplay) that's exactly what the whole game is.Decided to play this from 0 after a very long time. The added intro scenes make me certain that the first episode was the original story draft, then it got resolved, and the dev realized he had nothing new to write and took things in an entirely different direction. The retconned fight scene into the intro after the lazer scene with Chad makes no sense, came from nowhere, and clashes in style severely with the remainder of Ep1. This game feels like a mish mash of two entirely different story lines that just happen to use the same characters.
I like this game, but damn if it isn't hard to reconcile the beginning -- and now, some scenes in the prologue -- and the remainder of the game.
I played the entirety of the game up until sometime in early 2022, late 2021. The difference between chapter ~9-11 to the rest of the game is wild, and the adding of scenes into the prologue/chapter 1 is also wild. I stand by what I said.Did you stop at Chapter 7 or something? The Sarah vs Cro'dhearg fight was in the launch release of OoT in 2021.
That's a complete lie considering Ch22, Ch29 and Ch37 are absolutely full of action scenes and like I said, the Ch15 combat scene featuring Cro'dhearg was in the launch version of the game in 2021.I played the entirety of the game up until sometime in 2022. I remember the action scenes and the combat - which, if I recall correctly, required me to heal and had two fights where the first one was a scripted long one that was unwinnable. That's a complete lie considering Ch22, Ch29 and Ch37 are absolutely full of action scenes and like I said, the Ch15 combat scene featuring Cro'dhearg was in the launch version of the game in 2021.
Nothing screams "different direction" and "retcon" like having in first 2 chapters and prologue hints to events that happen in chapters that came out 1-2 years after or events that didn't happen yet in story.the dev realized he had nothing new to write and took things in an entirely different direction.
Is it not retconning to change past written scenes to add things that you only included much later in writing to make it start making sense? Maybe the word is wrong, english isn't my first language, but it is altering previously written scenes to justify content written later. It just screams that the game changed direction, and that it wasn't planned.Nothing screams "different direction" and "retcon" like having in first 2 chapters and prologue hints to events that happen in chapters that came out 1-2 years after or events that didn't happen yet in story.
Your completely arbitrary episode count makes no sense and as the guy who wrote the game, it's not particularly helpful. The prologue through Ch15 is Volume 1 and is the full set meant to be taken together.I remember the action scenes and the combat - which, if I recall correctly, required me to heal and had two fights where the first one was a scripted long one that was unwinnable.
By "Ep 1", I mean until the issue with the Victoria Rape gets resolved, which is around "Chapter 9" by the game or whatever it was. Everything else on that I'm counting as Ep 2, which is the whole Jamie Arc. Then there's a Mansion and some stuff with Victoria's Ghost, IIRC?
Ch1 through Ch8 is all of an hour or two of content. It represents a single digit percentage of the current playtime, let alone the entire planned game. It's only disjointed to you because you're speaking completely out of context and decided to double down on it for some reason. The game is disjointed. Up to whenever the Vic issue gets resolved, it was one thing, and then it just wildly derails into another. Playing it again and seeing the scenes jammed into the middle of previously already written things just compounds on it.
For what it's worth, I stopped at around the start of the Leah free roam from the last time I played.
The Goddess and other-side stuff has been integrated since super early onDecided to play this from 0 after a very long time. The added intro scenes make me certain that the first episode was the original story draft, then it got resolved, and the dev realized he had nothing new to write and took things in an entirely different direction. The retconned fight scene - and SEX scene, really? Why? That intro was perfect as it was, hilarious and short - into the intro after the lazer scene with Chad makes no sense, came from nowhere, and clashes in style severely with the remainder of Ep1. This game feels like a mish mash of two entirely different story lines that just happen to use the same characters.

I think that's a stupid take because I've already shown you that the change in tone was present in the launch build of the game, and now the slice of life segment that (per your vndb review) you're mad isn't there anymore was always a minor part of the story as a whole. Is it not retconning to change past written scenes to add things that you only included much later in writing to make it start making sense? Maybe the word is wrong, english isn't my first language, but it is altering previously written scenes to justify content written later. I found my review on this on VNDB - I played this sometime around/before 22/04/2022, and even then, I found the game to be thoroughly disjointed from the Victoria issue onwards. The adding of scenes into the intro which clashes in style all the way until Chapter 9 just makes me feel even more as if the game was originally something and then morphed into something entirely different.
Literally first scene in the game is from ch29. Scene in ch2 hints at events that happen in 37. There scenes weren't added later - they were in the game from the start as far as I know. That's just instantly recognizable things but there are a lot of smaller details. Is it not retconning to change past written scenes to add things that you only included much later in writing to make it start making sense? Volume is what the game called it, you're right. Vol 1 and 2 feel disjointed, and it feels even more that it wasn't planned as scenes/renders were added or rewritten. There, the whole chapter numbering issue is resolved.Your completely arbitrary episode count makes no sense and as the guy who wrote the game, it's not particularly helpful. I am 99% sure these Leah renders were not in chapter 2 in 2022 - I still have the old build in my PC and will check soon. The cursed girl was already there, though - I do remember that! The Goddess and other-side stuff has been integrated since super early on
There's the cursed girl from chapter 2, your dad being a god and a fuck ton of foreshadowing for the later plot points.
I don't see how you can think there was a decision to completely change the plot when there's foreshadowing like this in chapter 2 for chapter fucking 37
I still need to get to 37 (I haven't played since 2022/Leah free roam start and am only now rereading it from the beginning and am almost close to finishing Volume 1 again) so I can't comment on that. I can compare it with the build I still have to check later though, but I am 99% certain these scenes were NOT in the build from the start.Literally first scene in the game is from ch29. The early version of OoT was a web comic in 2020, up until about what is now Chapter 8. From Chapter 9 onwards, it was designed solely as a VN. That's why the early part is so different and part of why we're continually updating the beginning.Volume is what the game called it, you're right. Vol 1 and 2 feel disjointed, and it feels even more that it wasn't planned as scenes/renders were added or rewritten. There, the whole chapter numbering issue is resolved.
Her jumping onto her bed? They absolutely were. Go check.I am 99% sure these Leah renders were not in chapter 2 in 2022 - I still have the old build in my PC and will check soon. The cursed girl was already there, though - I do remember that!
Sure we're all just fucking lying to you, you couldn't possibly be wrong. I definitely need to make shit up about my game on a pirate porn forum for some reason.I still need to get to 37 (I haven't played since 2022/Leah free roam start and am only now rereading it from the beginning and am almost close to finishing Volume 1 again) so I can't comment on that. Mate I can promise you, swear to good those renders were there along with a fuckton more foreshadowing.I am 99% sure these Leah renders were not in chapter 2 in 2022 - I still have the old build in my PC and will check soon. The cursed girl was already there, though - I do remember that!
specifically in this case it's about the text.I am 99% sure these Leah renders were not in chapter 2 in 2022
Leah was always my favorite of the bunch and I am pretty sure I hadn't seen her in a bridal gown in chapter 2 in 2022. I'll check though, sure. Her jumping onto her bed? They absolutely were. Go check.
How many times do you have to prove yourself wrong before you realize it?
Sure we're all just fucking lying to you, you couldn't possibly be wrong. I definitely need to make shit up about my game on a pirate porn forum for some reason.
