You need to spin the character on the menu (bedroom screen) 10 times. Pretty sure it needs to be 10 separate click-and-drag motions.

The other seems to be a perfect run for stage 12 and stage 15 specifically, I suppose?

Holy cow, those are the ???? achievements? Darn, and here I was pondering whenever this developer actually wanted to make a game or just make the very minimum.
Then again, those are "achievements" that's on me for expecting more content or ero scenes
