On the map on the left there is a sign when you click it it says enable cheats you need to click shift + z or ctrl + z

By the way, Madoka is a housewife and the technique against housewives works best on her and does more damage. If you are lazy, go out to the map and go west to the sign and enter the cheat code for increased stats and win with one hit.
