Ya. Personally I would focus a bit more on battle mechanics then introducing a minigame like this. Current battle mechanics could use some more work.

We have;
Strike - costs no energy
Heavy strike - Costs some energy, introduces some more damage

Magic healing and magic fire. Fire doesnt rly outperform heavy strike, which is odd. It should introduce some penalty.

There are no defensive moves other then flee.

Could use more battle and magic moves. Also defensive moves.

To make it more interesting, dev could introduce dice rolls that are based on certain stats (higher-lower chances) that causes the same mechanic to exist but without the minigame. Introducing a dice-roll mechanic based on stats also incentivizes mc to level up, which right now is not really a big need or want in game.

Stats that could be used for this and are already in game;
Attack damage (based on type of sword/dagger/bow
Defense (armor)
Strength/Power (boost for strikes)
Magic (boosts for magic attack/defense)

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I do plan on reviewing the combat as it is a bit repetitive and shallow. There’s a few changes I’ve made already but these are all good suggestions. I’ll see what I can do to improve it further. I would like to introduce a skill tree so that would have an impact in the combat mechanics. A dice roll is probably the direction I’ll go down for improving combat, rather than more mini games

Amazing. Would also be nice to have more options to use the magic spells inside the battle. Most of the spells that can now be purchased inside the game are only used inside the story, while all of them can have a purpose inside battles as well.

Not sure if anyone else encountered this, but after rescuing Alice and getting her back to my castle, shés in Cell 3, and when I click to visit her, I get this:

Hi, sorry this is an issue. I assume your using the latest HTML I linked, I will have a look at this to see whats causing it. I suspect Lucy and Alice may only work if assigned to cell 1 or 2. I'll look into this and see if I can fix the problem.

It's with anyone who is in cell 3. I had to sell or send bandits in cell 1 & 2 to lumbermill so I can interact whoever is in cell 3.

Hi, I'm working on the game daily but I don't think there will be a new version till November. I'm currently prioritizing a Patreaon only version coming late October. I try to post an update every week or so to free members on my Patreon so feel free to join that as a free member for more updates.

Thanks for the quick fix, but I think It's still broken.
If I kill Alice' father and return the the outskirts, the dialogue starts from new and Alice tells me to find her father.
If I kill the father and return to Alice, there is just her image and no link to advance. To free myself from this dead-end, I broke the glass to return to the castle. When I went back to Alice afterwards the dialogue also starts from new and she asks me to find her father.

So it seems like visiting the outskirts always triggers the first meeting dialogue, regardless of whether I already killed/rescued her father already, or not.

Just a heads up, in the quest where you kill the wolves for alexander, when you reach the screen that says
"You continue sourth, pushing deeper into the forest...

You hear a loud, deep wolf howel

And then you see it ... "

theres just a sound of a wolf howling, then nothing happens
just have to backtrack or use stuck button

Hi, I had a look at this and couldn't recreate the issue. The 3 dots "..." are a link to the next passage so you may have missed that. If not let me know and Ill check again

And how are you going to the coastal city? When I ride to it, I see message " I cannot entre this place without masking who I am". If I make the cloak spell in the castle, it doesn't work, I can only make it in the forest.

I see other players proceed to the coastal city, so I guess I am doing something not in the correct order. If someone can imagine what it is, please let me know.

In the beginning I read "you need a horse to explore further"
When I buy the horse, it opens the coastal city destination, when I go there, I read something like "I cannot go there without masking myself"
When I buy the cloak spell, if I activate it in the castle, nothing happens ; when I go to the coastal city, I read "I cannot entre this place without masking who I am" .

What I am missing and how to go to the coastal city, where is the mistake ?

You must activate the cloack spell when you arrive in the city, not earlier.
It is not clearly explained, but that's how it works.

Nice game, hope it gets developed.

IF the game is still developed, I would get rid of the "minigames" (clicking on some shit on the screen) that are quite boring, unnecessarily time consuming and quite unwanted in a lewd game. Besides that and the quite many bugs, the game has pretty solid start.

You might also want to give the MCs attributes that can be raised and allow you to get more HP, AP and the other stuff you currently can't get.

Also unless there is actually a point where you can do useful stuff without the cloak-spell, you might wanna make it autocast after it is acquired when it is needed, similar to the possession-spells.

By the way, what is the point of the corruption the jewel-trap does? Considering you can't keep the thief like with the spider and trapdoor, it kinda seems quite reductive with the same proc-rate as the other two.
