You need to go back a bit, near the main road is a little campfire, click on it. After a short timeskip another woman appers and hands you the dress. Equip it and then you need to put your clothes in a hole next to the fireplace.
You can grind for levels, but (without getting a class?) they don't give you any additional stats so it's pointless.
I think you have to get a class first? You are 'Adventuress' at the start and can't use any of them. I don't know how you get classes - I just spent ages saving up 1000 gold only to find the Warrior skill book was useless.

Depends what isn't translated. But I don't think MTL games are in English and those are allowed, so I guess it's subjective.

you have to first try the bar ,he tells you no rooms , leave the bar go to the guard on the road that would not let you pass earlier......he will ask for a beer ...buy at the bar .....then show tits to guard .......Watch out for the thief in the slums ....talk to the bartender in the bar in the slums beds upstairs
Not a bad game per se, but having to waste so much time on walking around and farming gold kills the fun.
(easiest way to farm gold early on seems to be with the sword for 120g, then get the goblin quest and 3-hit them for 10g each)

A little heads up - the game wants to connect to the internet and upload some data about ten seconds after you launch it.
I used Simplewall and it caught it trying to sneak some connection through and I promptly blocked it. I guess you just can't trust the russian developers here.
