While you are right, I think the thing which confuses people is that this is version 0.6. If it would be version 0.1, there would be less confusion about the amount of lewd content.

I'm not the dev, but I would go as far as to say that I'm 100% sure that's definitely not something we'll see in this game. The incest tag is because the protagonist will most likely be able to get involved with her sisters and/or mother (not sure about the grandma). But the father won't be part of the equation.
