Granted is been a long while since I played it. If I remember correctly you have to have max points with witchy chick and when it comes time for the sex scenes you have to make sure you don't cum before she does. It's super important and stupidly hard to do. What I did was I saved right before the sex mini game and save scummed in order to get it. Again take it with a grain of salt as it's been a while

What sex scene are you referring to? If you force her to cum in the Sanctuary place her dad possesses her and the game ends

the route they're referring to is where you go to find Didac after the carnival date. Can't remember what requirements are beyond that, but you should run into Neus' father and have scenes with each of the 3 girls. You may need decent points with Didac and Meri

It's not really a love stat. But it is barrier for characters accepting some sexual actions in later part of the game. Kinda, depends on route really.

I noticed that some stuff is either missing or incomplete which I am unsure of which, is helping your friend take shower and you not able to see his lower half or Neus falling down in front of her apartment, specifically the center of the screen seems cut out but everything else seems normal. Might be just what the game is like but I wanted to check.
