That all depends on where you live. Here for instance you would need to be good at pretty much every discipline. The concurrence to enter a public university (the best ones around here) is very high for the medicine course.


I also dislike most corruption game because they usually never bother with this aspect, the protagonist is either already corrupt or the corruption happens without much (or none at all) character development.
Here not only we can choose how much Edwin can fall into depravity but the detailed story makes said character development much more organic than in any other corruption game i tried (admit this specific list isn't that big) and between the best story focused games i played around here.

Also, it may sound trite but I really appreciate the attention given to the non-corrupt options. It's one thing to offer a choice, but it's another to make both options feel significant. I'm not even talking about lewd scenes, just selling the importance of the choice. All too often games offer a choice, play a lewd scene (or not) and proceed swiftly to the next choice without a chance to reflect on the ways in which someone has become more (or less) corrupt until the end game (if then).

By keeping the focus on the MC's thought process and providing a variety of activities that tie into the decision, we get a much better sense of how our decisions have affected the MC. The end of the first exhibit was a good example of this. If we stick around to the bitter end, we can earn points with Kathleen and see a sexy scene (with several variations), but we can choose just how involved the MC will be in the event and see how he rationalizes the various choices. Or we can duck out on the exhibit altogether and get a tender scene with Hana that also gives a little insight into Lucy.

Good stuff either way, which maximizes the impact of the decision we just made and raises the stakes for the next one.

I agree 100%, there are many moments like these and often significant choices where we do not have the option to see a lewd scene and yet we can experience something very different. One of many such examples is Hana-Ian interaction after the first "cumpetition", compare:

Still, both of these options are great and give us some interesting insight to our characters (e.g. Ian noticing immediately that when MC said he's not interested in Hana he wasn't entirely sincere).

Ian-Hana interaction continues a while later and it's one of my favourite scenes, I would love to see them more often because TD's writing especially shines in such moments.

agreed. my favorite part so far is the birthday party because of the dynamics between the four characters there. Killian and Hana are two very different characters which gives their interactions a lot of spice and the same goes for Mina's interactions with the others too. Hana presents herself as more reserved than the women at the club and she is but she also has a mischievous/exhibitionist side (making the MC and Killian drink during never have i ever, acting out her lesbian experience with Mina, gladly taking part in Killian's dare) and Mina, while the least experienced of the group, seems to be very willing to experiment or at the very least ask very in depth questions
and people like to shit on Killian and he definitely has some issues but during the party he was very friendly with Hana and even if he wins the game he spends his victory for your benefit and never oversteps any boundaries because the MC and Mina obviously bring out the best in him
and if the MC wins and you dare them to say something nice to each other it's actually a really sweet moment, particularly Hana begrudgingly admitting Killian is thoughtful and Mina being way too eager to compliment Hana, it was cute.

these four are my favorite in the game and i think a lot of it has to do with their age and experience; compared to the rest of the cast theyre still young and looking for what they want to do with their lives, whenever any of them interact with the rest of the cast theres an underlying tone of deference because everybody else is older and/or in a position of power over them. with these four you really get a sense that it's just four people at the same place in their lives hanging out and the interactions feel less formal because of it. theyre the most natural group in the game and i hope we get to see more of them all together

In Game Mod for Ch3Up1 - Shows toughness and relationship changes of different options. Also has gallery unlocker. I just stumbled upon this game today, and have not yet completed it - let alone taken any potential different paths; so apologies if you hit any bugs, but should be solid I think.

Also, note this isn't a walkthrough per se, as sometimes taking a loss can lead to future, better gains.

Hey man, ill be trying the mod out laters. Oscarsix had a mod similair to yours earlier but has it onhold now, he added so you can choose every desire, trait, history and perk available. Is that something you could possibly replicate? I'm pretty sure it adds conversation options and additional points in the game. Thx for the work tho!

Still it's possible she either knew more about Chuck than she wanted to admit, or that she just has a general suspicion of him but trusts the MC's judgement about the job.

Yup - I pulled that idea over from his. I haven't selected it for my playthrough, so can't vouch to if it breaks the game, but looking through his mod, it didn't seem like he made any other changes for it other than giving an "all" option.
