Im pretty sure it will lead to Ian becoming even more aware of things (like his treatment and mindset when it comes to women) on the introspect path. Off the path ... everything could happen
But i kinda take it as the morale of this part of the story (or one of it), a former whore/porn actress can be a way more careing/loving/affetctionate and simply more of a good person/parent than a educated, classy high society parent.
Vic is afraid to be seen as lesser human being when the truth gets out - even by her own son - despite being a wholesome person. This one thing she did in the past shouldnt define her as a person on such a level yet it does (which is realistic).
No lewd scenes but i enjoyed the update despite only being interested in Mina and Hana as LI's, there where still wholesome, nice and esp a lot of very funny moments
For what's worth Mina in my play through has 6 points and the development at the end has happened, so you don't need all the points. But quite a few, probably.
(i didn't make a push for Veronica earlier, and also kissed Mina in public right before the whole stage thing has happened. I blindly stumble in them best messes)

The dinner scene from this update isn't as grand as Felicia's or Veronica's, but for my personal tally, I look at Rosalind's "date" as being spaced out across multiple updates. I lump the stuff with Oliver a couple updates ago, her presence at Edwin's apartment in both this update and the last, as well as the dinner scene as the equivalent of Felicia's art show.
I think by that metric it ends up coming out relatively fair, but I understand that not feeling as satisfying as one big giant scene to be enjoyed over one sitting.
As someone who hasnt played this game at all im guessing you have to make choices of which girls to fuck with is there any current downside to fucking with all of them?
I did/had all of this but there was no Mina/Hana kiss, i had at least enough mina les points to encourage her to do stuff with veronica but maybe its still not enough points? Tried it with and without the veronica les stuff but never happened

Yeah, I totally understand that, I actually don't have too much of a problem with the dinner or previous updates, etc. And her content. I understand she got some time in previous updates to all add together, would I have like a longer dinner, sure.
But What I mainly wanted was a slightly longer sex scene, maybe they move to bed after the couch or something. Just felt a bit short compared to some of the other girls who got long sex scenes with a bit more passion and stuff like Mina,Veronica etc.. That or an extra short scene like a shower sex scene on Friday, or wakeup blowjob or something.

So... I'm wondering why Grace told Victoria that she knows about her past. Early in the scene, Grace said the only reason Ian can enjoy his current lifestyle is because of Charles' support, so spilling the beans and saying that Charles pimped Victoria out is a good way of making Ian less receptive to his uncle.

The problem there was we had to shoot the variant Full Deal scene which included a lot of work too, so the dev time quota was already kinda tight. I wish I could clone myself, really, but you see what happens when we try to be ambitious and cover a lot of bases... we end up with a dev cycle that very well could be a pregnancy. It's always extremely tough to evaluate how much work we put into things without fucking ourselves royally dev time wise.
Incidentally, found it quite interesting that Marlow's personality seems to somewhat resemble Mina in certain ways, and the relationship with her was a throuple that she proposed which then promptly fell apart... given a potential scenario you can get in this update, with Mina angling for a throuple with Edwin and Hana, apparently not quite able to pick between those two.

Hmmm maaaaybe in certain ways like her playfullness but other aspects are the exact opposite. Mina imo craves commitment and to belong to someone (or to two people in case of Edwin/Hana) while Marlow seemed to just crave to be free and have fun with the least possible commitment.
I think it would be more likely for Edwin to have the Marlow role and craving freedom in such a trouple (or at least could be played like that), it would make sense for Hana to play the Marlow part looking at her at a first glance (rocker, band etc.) but she seems to crave commitment even more than Mina partially because of her broken family.
So i cant really see that story repeat itself with these three actors involved. Maybe if felicia is part of the throuple
Finished playing the update, here are all my thoughts:
I wasn't expecting this update to be as good or important as the few prior ones, I thought this one was going to feel more like filler, but to my surprise it ended up being one of my favorite ones to date.
The first day was really fun, Rosie got a lot of nice content, and even thought she is probably my least liked girl out of the 5, I do enjoy her scenes (hell, I still think she got the best scene in the Felicia update, that Threesome was 10/10, she also looked so good), then the whole deal in the club was interesting and YES, finally, we got some Andrea content, I saw a dude in the thread badmouthing her, and please don't listen to him, scenes to some of the side girls are what give some extra life to the game, I had been waiting for an Andrea scene since she sat on our lap during Exhibition #2, and I might be asking for too much, but considering what update comes next, please give her some nice content during the free roam of the Exhb #3 (Or just another entire scene, why not, the sky is the limit , and she deserves it, she reminds me of Mina but even more airheaded and slutty, by far my favorite house girl, and her scene was MY favorite of this entire update, good job.)
About day 2, I sure wonder what that option to tell Rose to stay for longer will end up meaning, considering she does end up leaving even if you tell her to stay, so I'm curious about that. The whole Kath scene wasn't my thing, the outfit didn't really do it for me, but I know some people will love that scene, TD included, so I don't really mind it, it's your game it would be insane if you didn't make some scenes more aligned with your tastes.
The concert scene... I spent a lot of time and I visited all the options I had in my first save, and congrats, it ended up being a really fun scene with multiple options and I loved it, saw some people complaining about it not having a "big scene" where you maybe fuck one of the girls, but I think a lot of mini scenes with all the girls, to give everyone a little bit of something, is even better. My good conscience definitely suffered seeing poor Mina be jealous of Hana, and I know the day where we have to fully commit to 1 girl will arrive soon (not a bad thing tho, I prefer the more realistic option instead of a fantasy Harem that makes the whole story less believable, staying "real" is part of what makes Pale Carnations the best AVN I've read), little comments about each of the routes you can take in the concert section:
Rose: Definitely the most I've laughed in this game, funny how Rose tells you she hates drunks but ended up drunk as hell the very next day, really enjoyed her stuff.
Veronica: Damn, this update opened the floodgates to MinaxVeronica threesome, and I can't wait, also the option to not go for the lesbian path and instead flirt with Ronnie was fun too, I loved how if you fucked her during the date 2 updates ago, Edwin talks about it while flirting with her and it was really hot, I love when past actions between characters are used like that, I'll be working on a save where you don't fuck her to see how the dialogue changes. (Kinda crazy the scene of Veronica deep in Mina's pussy only lasted like 2-3 seconds and wasn't included in the gallery, I guess people that just check the gallery after playing will miss that one.)
Felicia: Felicia always looks good so her scenes are always good too , the conversation with her felt a tad short when compared to the others imo, but that render of her and Elias in bed was funny.
Hana: Staying loyal to Hana gets harder and harder, and cheating on her hurts my soul, hell just the thought of being his boyfriend and you can end up kissing other girls while she invited you to her concert is just wrong. She didn't get much content, but that's fine, she always ends up one way or another involved in the updates and that's good enough for me. Aaaalso can't forget MinaxHana is closer than ever too, at this point Mina will end up having more threesomes than Edwin .
Mina: As I mentioned, seeing her get jealous is really sad, I can't wait to do a full Mina playthrough one of these days so she doesn't have to suffer, other than that, her scenes were really cute and her interacting with August was funny as hell.
Eve (The bartender): The out of nowhere second best scene of the update, I didn't manage to get her scene in my save even thought I tried everything, so I ended up seeing it in the gallery and wow...
Also, so far you had always been given the option to decline smoking/weed, so I'm surprised here it wasn't the case, It doesn't make me mad, just wondering why this time was different .
Harper looked really nice too, wouldn't have minded a scene with her either ngl, tho something tells me Nico might be the next house getting some form of a scene soon.
The final scene with Vic almost made me cry, she's a sweetheart and seeing her cry was heartbreaking, wonder what that bitch mother of Ian told her for her to end up like that.
There was 1 massive key problem with this update for me, and almost a huge deal breaker... No Sophia , she doesn't even appear, which is, understandable actually, it wouldn't have made any sense for her to be part of this update anyway. But nonetheless I won't forget it, I don't know what scene you 2 are cooking for Sophia, but when it happens, it better live up to the expectations, that is non-negotiable .
About the next update: The exhibition's are always fun, I really enjoy the free roam sections we get during them, PC doesn't have many of those but it's better than some games that have WAY too many free roam stuff when it isn't necessary. Looking forwards to some content with the house girls (I promise no one will complain about more Andrea content, I promise, anyone who does I'll get them banned).

You should get it as last option if you just ignore getting with any other girl (or Ian) while Hana is playing. It is there as alternative to hanging out with Mina, so i'm guessing this maybe doesn't come up if you push Mina to get involved with Veronica? I didn't try that one.
All I can say is that the prospect of having to carry another child to term before the next update already makes 2025 an incredibly shitty year before it even began.

It's not exactly playfullness that i find similar but the whole "sorta weird but really kind kid who throws herself fully into things despite her self-doubts". The "weird" part is how Ian apparently perceived Mina's interests, and the rest of it is all there in the open, some of it self-evident and some elaborated in the talks you can have with Mina.
I didn't get impression from Edwin's story that Marlow wanted to be free, but more that she didn't want to risk her and Edwin's relationship would make Ian feel like a third wheel and push him away, and that's why she suggested the throuple thing. It just all backfired with jealousy causing a rift between Edwin and Ian, and she called quits so Edwin and Ian could remain friends.
Mina's attempt to make a throuple kinda comes from similar place, wanting to avoid scenario where someone feels left out and ends up hurt and leaving. Though there's also element of greed here, in that she genuinely wants both Edwin and Hana for herself. From Edwin's story it's hard to tell if that's how Marlow felt about Ian, or if she was more putting up with Ian developing his womanizer ways.
so far really like it, havent played it all yet but really hope there is a submissive route, at times jelous of the 3 Carnation canditates, and kinda want to serve kat too also <3 hana!
Does anyone know how to get the last Misc Scene where it says to Ignore everyone? i literally ignore everyone and i just get the Mina Scene ive even tried replaying the game from my Save before i started the Chapter does anyone know what Values I have to change to get the scene?
