Agree with you that Ian and Mina reconciling is still an option and it will depend on our decisions in what direction Mina will go. Reconciliation with Ian, relationship with the musician, relationship with the MC, relationship with Veronika or relationship/throuple with Hana are just the most obvious ones.

1. your saves are into your Users/[your name]/AppData/Roaming/Renpy/PaCaGame-1554919452 folder as well;
2. did you previously play a modded game? if the answer is YES, then your saves are your problem: they won't work until the mods get updated and you installed an updated mod;
3. you didn't previously play a modded game, but you merged some mod into the game folder: the mods are your problem because they need to be updated;
4. none of the above? dunno what to say.

Hi! After the new update the girl´s tierlist was thoroughly in need of an update too.
No, we do not! Grey morale, eccentric, medical empire inheriting, nerd genius future wife for the win!
But personal likes/dislkes aside, at the end of the day Sophia is one of the most interesting characters in the game. So her place in S tier is a must.

- Mina won't go back to Ian no matter what. Ian will settle with Alice/the hairdresser by the story epilogue (if he settles with somebody).
My second bet is:
- even though we might see more scenes involving lewd activity between Edwin and Sophia, we won't have any proper sex scene / date between them.
My third bet is:
- Darius and Isla are alive and well.

I think I've been underrating Harper.
She's always been the most prominent club girl, but outside of that early scene where Kath drugs the MC and he fucks a bunch of them over and over, then I don't think he ever hooks up with her. The dangly scene ends with him and Kath. Then there's one where she's blowing the action dude very early on, another where she seduces Lucy (great scene that put her on my radar)... I don't think I'm missing any.
I guess she used to be more standoffish and maybe that's why, but in the new update her little appearance on the bro out option was probably my favourite interaction between the MC and any of the girls (Fel arrives too late for anything much, and Ronnie I'm obviously throwing at Mina like a shotput). I was actually a bit disappointed when the get involved with none of the major chars led the MC to the bar girl and not flirting with Harper a bit more. Which is interesting as I don't think before I've been jonesing for Harper content over my main 3: Fel/Ronnie/Kath. Also liked that little bit where she hits on (?) Mina if you're on the path to hang with her, or maybe she wanted to talk to MC? She seems kinda sad when they take off, I felt a bit sad for her, though it was a bit reckless to just go up and ask if girls you see with people you know are prostitutes, even if discreetly.
So yeah I think I've underrated her. She's clearly a damn perv too with how she was sneaking about with Lucy (I don't think that was just her under orders trying to make Lucy better at her job), and then those comments about her maybe trying to do the same with the grumpy pink haired one. Could make a decent partner - likes old movies too. Only thing is I vaguely remember something about her having a kid that she leaves at home with her mother when she's working, so that's not ideal. Though it's been years since that part of the game so I could be easily mis-remembering.
Oh a mild bug too, if you go watch Harper's dangly scene in the memories section, but then actually choose to let her down to get her raincheck dialogue (honestly if I'd seen lively Harper back then I woulda had more of a thing for her for a while)... the replay doesn't end just keeps going... it's missing one of them quit lines.

I see in memory have some scenes from the Hana rock show, but I can't seem to grasp the overall story. After my date with Felicia, it already showed the end of the version. Did I miss anything?
Try to rollback your save a few steps and then play from that point. It sounds like your save is from past the bridge from last update to the new one.

I don't bet but even if I would, we will learn about it in 5 years or more. As for Ian, if he will settle with anyone it certainly won't be that hairdresser. Besides Mina I can see him with Hana. They have the best chemistry out of all characters and we can clearly see that Hana has changed her mind about Ian (even told Edwin to invite him to her concert) and we know that Ian likes Hana (he said so in this update). Them being PC owners successors makes them even easier to connect.
But yeah, we will see. Such option (Hana or Mina) will certainly be not met enthusiastically by psycho fans who worship Hana/Mina (and there are a lot of those).
Regarding Sophia - I agree that we won't have a date but I'm sure we will have sex. She had already handjobbed Edwin (assuming we preferred her over Kat) while he was watching carnations being punished and she is open for sex, plus Abel has offered her at least once so I doubt we won't see some fanservice.
As for Isla and Darius - while Isla might be well, Darius is definitely not.
