Setting aside the (IMO faulty) premise of sex being an act that inherently means one person getting a leg up on the other, because the sex scenes in this game do largely revolve around and fetishize the exchange of power, but... even from that murky dichotomy, context is king. In terms of what is presented in the project, there is a difference between serving Kathleen like a dog or taking control of Mina by seizing her by the metaphorical lady balls.

Generally speaking, like in a healthy actual human being way, giving shold be empowering.
Or the dirtiest of all, an intimate gesture of trust and love.

But I don't agree with that quote. I just think there are better ways of selfless giving. A warm hug, for example, is imo a much more wholesome gesture of love and trust.

Again, I think it's better to give without degrading oneself. The short ego boost from making a woman pop doesn't make life much brighter anyway - even less so if it's not with the D. To a certain exrend it depends on how we play the game what happens. Edwin and Sophia can connect really well from nerd to nerd! And yes, I know it was partly a test by Sophia and Abel, but our MC is aware of this.
But test or not, Sophia, eccentric as she is, could certainly have sat out the make out session in the blue room easily, but she and Edwin became quite aquainted.
As for even others like Kath being careful when "dat ass" is around, I have the strong gut feeling Sophia´s talents when the lead starts to fly could become really important for our MC on some paths.

I definitely do not get nerd vibes from Sophia. She's intellectual and capable of extreme abstraction, but even to the extent she's introverted she doesn't let that interfere with socialization. And I very much doubt she spends any time on what we would traditionally consider nerd culture; she seems far too goal-oriented for that.

I'm also skeptical Sophia connected with the MC much at all. I think she was much more interested in gauging his responses than she was in the MC himself. That could always change, but it would probably require the MC display whatever the spark of genius is that separates "arbitrarily good" from "great" in her mind. To date he has not done that.
