As already mentioned, you can't have Hana as GF if you want the girls to get together. There's simply no such path. Mina isn't willing to be accessory for a dipshit to cheat on his gf, and will be too repulsed to think of any fun when she finds out about it from Hana instead of Edwin.

The clue is a little vague. You cannot get the scene if Hana is your girlfriend. It can only happen if you are fuck buddies.
You have to have slept with both Hana and Mina. Hana cannot be GF

The scene itself plays after your visit to the house; many people are not sticking around long enough for it to actually occur.
The clue is somewhat misleading, because by "relationship" it refers to casual relationship you can have with both girls. It doesn't take into account that close relationship with one of them effectively excludes possibility of relationship with the other girl. Or simply expects the player to be smart enough to realize that on their own. Especially after they see how the scene plays out in such scenario.
