The scenario I'm thinking about goes more in the direction of NTS, swinging, voyeurism and sharing. It's not like Edwin is the only one in this game laying pipe or is he?

Well actually someone has find out that (Ian's mother), but if the average player would actually read the dialogues, he would find out that nobody went to Edwin saying: «Your mother was a pornstar!» or went to Victoria saying: «I know you were a pornstar!»; except for Grace. So yes, it is the dumbest argument, because the "Pale Carnation-verse" is created by the developers and they will address this issue when and if it will be meaningful for the story (Grace's revelation again), not because we start to debate about it.

I realize, but there's no netorase tag, so those games tend to be marked with NTR one. You will note that this game has no sharing nor NTR in its description. And voyeurism is basically limited to watching MC's mother (who is not a RO) porn flicks. So this is simply not the sort of content you're likely to find in this game. Regardless of how many men in it have dicks.
The closest i can think of is an option to have Ian instead of Edwin fuck Rose on stage, for the purpose of the show. And a few threesomes you can have with him.

I think you forgot a few other scenes. Ian has sex with his nanny while Edwin is on the phone and both can share one of the carnations, on top of all the other prostitutes in the club getting dicked left and right.
It's a bit unrealistic that neither Hana nor Mina won't ever be involved in any other activities, given the circumstances, but I guess this is where the devs could draw the line. I'm well aware of that. It's just that they could write Hana like that if they wanted to, it would still fit the overall tone of the game.
I did include "and a few threesomes you can have with him" in my post. That's one of them. Another is Edwin and Ian having threesome with Felicia early in the game. And yet another is Edwin's threesome with Mina and Felicia, where you can opt to sit in the cuck chair for a bit. I guess if you really stretch it, then Edwin can also influence Mina to get involved with Veronica, which you could also consider some sort of sharing (depending on whether you subscribe to "if it's with another girl then it doesn't count" or not)
However, those are in circumstances where Edwin's relationship with the involved girl(s) is at best casual. I dunno, this game just doesn't strike me as one where this would be any sort of in-depth interest in exploring this area in combination with dedicated relationships.

Good point, maybe there is some situation. Give the Rosie situation and how it happened two times, i am honestly expecting the loan shark to show up third time. I did on my original playtroughs, it's shaping to be clusterfuck when it comes to choices BUT i am hoping for Mina GF but the end of the game.
Also most people have multiple saves, same as me, so in theory everyone has.
Somehow I doubt that it is Edwin calling Kathleen here. Possible, but unprobable. Warren usually calls Kath Mrs.P, so it is with a good chance him. The topic of this call is another secret for now.
The loan shark is only a problem if you "solve" this problem with Kath or Chuck/Killian. If you get August (you need a high friendship score) solving the "just Oliver" problem, he will never make problems for Rosi again. In this case Oliver was most likely killed or if still alive, will not be in any kind of position to threaten Rosi or the others. Remember, what happened to OIiver will make it into the news! He is/was definitely a stupid guy. August made him "an offer he couldn´t refuse", but Oliver did refuse.
You second theory sounds interesting and could be the reason for the call.
I like the wordplay here. Both women have their own pitfalls and are rivals and circumstantial allies. Should a situation like tihsarise, my Edwins would loose quite a number of points with Kath, since I vastly prefer Sophia over her.
