The save folder normally doesn't exist until you initiate the game, but you can just copy the folder over.

There's no drop rate for Arthur. Every time you do the activity you gain relationship points and once you've reached a certain point milestone (don't remember how much) you're guaranteed to get the Arthur scene.

There are 22 steps to Ritsuka's Story. Keep helping Ritsuka and gaining relationship points, it should advance the story. Once you've reached enough relationship points and you are closer to the end of the story, Authur should appear. :]

During Elsword's Quest you'll be given Ice Burners, use those to randomly get Underwears, money and Junk. In order to initiate Elsword's Quest you need to finish Link and Corin's Quests and then go to the Inn west of the market's entrance.

Kirito, Eugeo and blog post preview

These two are not part of the next update but as you've noticed with Alm before, I am preparing some assets for future updates as Ragna's update won't be that big. (Should be 2-3 scenes, ~2 random events and 1 or 2 underwear/outfit) However, I'm not wasting the extra time and working on stuff needed for the future .
As you might have guessed from the title, this week I started working on Eugeo and Kirito. Kirito will be the main character but Eugeo will also get his own portraits as well as some of the main character options (Teasing and Milking). Their portraits may still be subject to changes, but the basics are there.

Also, why they don't appear as a duo on the same portrait, here's a quick preview of how they look while hard and without their clothes hehe. (Eugeo also has his rod half covered when hard by default, but I forgot to turn on the layer so xP)

The new Palestra update will come out next week and there's still quite a bit of work to do, but I should be able to make it on time . In the next update, I touched up Sorey's portraits a little and took the opportunity to make a new underwear as well as a new outfit for him.

Well, I don't know who you mean by "first 3" other than Link, but you just have to explore the world, enter every building and room you can and talk to anyone that looks remotely interesting. If you need explicit direction, there is a guide in the www folder of the game.
