I'm assuming they'll be with the other random events, once waking up to a new day and walking out the harem front doors. Though I haven't played enough to discover them though.

Well, it says you're missing that particular file. First of all, go to that folder and see if a file named either "Shinra_2.rpgmvp" or "Shinra_2.png" is in there. If it isn't, try checking the .rar file you downloaded and extract it again.
in fact i downloaded the 1.26 save (i'm now on V1.24, shinra's files aren't on this one). I think that why it didn't work
is there a way to go on v1.26 and keep my save from 1.24.

I tried to dld the img file of the 1.26 and to put it inside the 1.24...Is that good?
Oh, so that's what happened. I thought you were already using the newest version, so that's why I recommended downloading the img file as a hotfix. Even if that works out on that softlock, there's no telling when another might happen as your save file will keep requesting files and scripts that were added in newer versions.
Just download v1.26. You don't need to start over again, the save files from older versions are compatible with the newer ones. Download it and put your old v1.24 save there.
The v1.26 save file posted here is a bonus save that already has 100% completion. It is in no way necessary for the game.

This week for Palestra, I finished Ritsuka's last CG and this week I will be doing the needed underwears/outfit as well as some little improvements to some of the portraits (Ritsuka and most likely Arthur). Aside from this, I will also start on the contest animations.

Last week, I started working on Ritsuka's contest moves, but since this is a 5 week update, I also decided to add a new extra feature in Palestra. I still have a few minor things to adjust before it's complete, but from now on, you will be able to find a new kind of items in the game: furniture. The furniture you find or buy will go into the new item category in the menu and while in the harem home, you will be able to select those items from the menu and place them down.
Every room will be customizable save for the exterior entrance and each room has a limit of 20 items. I may increase the limit if it proves to be too restrictive, but to start off, it's better to play it safe xP.
How do I complete Ritsuka and Rex quest? For Ritsuka I have already done everything till where the portal at the beach is blocked and for Rex I have completed his Master Diver Set. Both of them are above 999 bond and yet no extra scene or progression, need help here

Both Ritsuka and Rex's romance quests can't be completed as their characters are not yet complete. Check the Palestra Guide in the www folder if you'd like to know which characters are complete and incomplete.
