Here is hoping for better story and more options rather than forcing us into NTR just to get laid or see a scene and such.
Going by the first game (I will assume you know this is the sequel) I would say you can make it be from 9 to 15. In the previous game there were forced circumstances that lead to a fucked up situation but you could try to keep the protagonists together or you could say fuck it and lead them on a mind bending shitshow. I expect this time around it would be the same.
I mean in one of the endings Eugene (male lead) ended up leashed like a dog for sexual gratification and on another ending Nadia (female lead) she ends up as a prostitute that receives like 20 bucks for a gangbang.

It was forced in the last game so it probably will be in this one as well. Regardless, even if it is avoidable thats the focus of the series.
