I'm enjoying this game, but I'm wondering why I can't choose any corruption options anymore?? I'm at -4 corruption? And I really want to start choosing more corruption options, but every time I'm able to it's blacked/ greyed out so I can't choose it. What gives??

It certainly wouldn't bother me. As a mature woman myself, I didn't suddenly lose interest in sex or stop pursuing it, just because I turned 40 or 50. Not sure why you're surprised. This game, like the first and most of the games in the genre are about whore/slut women and cuck men. It appeals to those who like ti imagine they are every gun in the game EXCEPT the supposed 'main male MC' or else those who do like the cuck mentality.
It's a genre thing, only ever play these games to just watch the women fuck every guy around, often mindlessly or they have the IQ of a rock, zero understanding how choices have caues or other irrational stuff.
