Talk to him after getting groped by the hyena-dude while serving drinks, and you can ask Dave to go rough him up. You gain +1 reputation, and you need 10 to unlock the Handjob scene to progress the game. I think you can also get points if you tell the cat-boy to piss off during the twerking scene (the one that leads to the MC getting licked).
