The foreplay animation is not working and the dildo animation for Sam is also not working

Yes I've found that too, there's a couple of animation scenes written like this one that won't work on Android out of the box. Similar to an Android port I did of lust city I need to find a work around.
Did that multiple times .. doesn't seem to work. Seems bugged to me and I started with a fresh save
So can we get an option to have two spies to take care of each other while we handle the third? We could record it with the spycam.

I guess I’ll try with a fresh save then, but I had just downloaded the new version and started playing, so it may just be a bug.
Well as I said a fresh save didn't prevent that from happening for me. I have the same problem you have, it just doesn't progress so yeah I think it's bugged
Working on it, bigger issue is some vids sequences doesn't like the mobile platform.

I didn't know the drop rate has increased that significantly. But still, all I acquired are other stuff, with only 1 strange vine. And I did all the grinding for 3 hours. You should have a look at that because in the last version I managed to created at least 1 breast expansion potion, tried it on Sam and I can't see the difference before and after. I figure we might need tons of the potions so the better and quicker the grinding process the better. Anyway, thank you.

I forgot to address this error/bug. One of the random event when you explore a burned down supermarket. When I chose "scavenge for food" I got error so I had to rollback and chose "move on". Hope you fix it in later version
I found these online, I don't own any of it and don't know if it's Ok to use for the game.
But I hope at least it does help in the brainstorming aspect of the "nanobot control".

Found a bug that causes auto respawning and continue the mission if the last of your spies is defeated.
I was in the carnival minigame and if you actcivate or desactivate the glasses when your team is wiped out it freezes and by completing a stage by blindly moving the mouse, it refreshes and it continues normally.

Keep exploring until you meet some whoop agents that talk to you about a nanobot update then it will update the mission.
It happened to me and I had to restart a new game because even the sprite was half Macy and half Hulked Whoops agent so it is probably misinterpreting which of the boss you fight.
