you do understand that first one is pretty much the point of this game right...you might be in the wrong town.

Damn, was hoping there is a punishment for having low hp and not healing in a sense. Wish it was a toggle maybe in future as i like to have equal playing field with enemy and their skills.

notes: I was idling at one point, also grinded sex skills and levels.
The most annoying part was some of the generators can only be bought AND enemies don't drop much money AND you can't sell stuff (for now)

When you level up it says that you got like futa impregnation skill and when I go into battle I don't see those skills there at all is it some kinda bug or?

you have to do the lab side quest if you didn't do them and drink the futa juice

To complement VPedge info, you also need to face the correct enemy gender.
No you can't make male enemy pregnant, you can't get pregnant from female enemy, AND futa enemy are considered female, not male.

you don't get vored, you vore enemies, to get the skills for it, you need to grind the sex skill of the part you want to vore with (train breast skills to vore with breast skill, etc...)
the skill is just a lil animation that show the enemy entering the body part (forcefully) and doesn't actually do much.
btw, bonus stats and skills for each part afair:
Mouth : luck stat +
Arma : attack stat +
Leg : agility stat +
Breast : defense stat +
Dick : sex attack stat +
Vagina/womb : sex defense stat +
there is also the overall sex skill that provide stats, but forgot.
