Given STHDK's remarkably consistent update schedule and previous game's pattern, and given that there are already the shells of 8 galaxies in the game files, I can make a reasonably accurate estimate of some time in June the game will be "finished", though there will probably be another update or two after to polish things up and add some finishing touches, as they usually do.

Well, the images are all there in the files for player horsecocks, and even a half-functional item that can be cheated in to give it to the player already. I would be much more surprised if it doesn't happen soon.
