I have a doubt: I've played the game for around 3 hours or so, not so much time, and I haven't really progressed through the story and less with the LIs. Since the next new version of the game seems to have some sort of overhaul, I'm assuming that old saves won't work properly. So, my question is, is it better for me to wait for the next update and start the game from scratch to enjoy an improved experience? If I get used to the map, exploration and how to unlock the events, this is definitely the type of game and dev that I can see myself supporting.

You should definitely wait for the next update. I hope to finish it by the end of this month, or early December.
With regard to the story and character progress, everything is in the form of clue books in the MC menu, as indicated at the start of the game.

The system is fairly basic, but it helps.;)

I still wonder why you have to use quest items to display quests instead of having a proper quest filter that displays them all (open, solved, failed) like 95% of all RPGMs have it.^^'

Oh, I can wait then, it's definitely not that long :giggle:
I knew about the Quest Log from the tutorial, but I only got as far as the bank event with Lily and Laura, plus some different ones with the family, especially Emma. I also did the diving mini-game a bunch of times, but that's fun so there's no issue in repeating it again.

One question though, since I also took a look at the guide in Spanish to get a better grasp of certain things. Is it advisable to explore all of the islands as soon as possible, without any order? Or is it best to follow the quests as they appear, and eventually get everything organically?
One would assume that it's best to get as much out of the first one before delving deeper into the second, and so on. Nonetheless, the guide actually encourages you to take your time and not to 'waste' it at first with the family, since the progress is a bit slower and more complex, and use it on other activities. However, I definitely don't want to get lost in the other parts of the island or take the bike somewhere I don't even remember parking :ROFLMAO:

The best thing you can do is study the maps on the MC's computer carefully to get a rough idea of the layout of things and places. If you try to explore at the beginning, you'll most likely get lost and won't be able to find your way back.
If you use the motorcycle, it's best not to move many screens away from it, or you might forget where you left it.
Once you feel confident about where everything is, it's time to explore, especially with the upcoming update full of new events around the islands, Easter eggs, and collectibles. (y)

It's simple, because most of them are paid plugins, or they are no longer compatible with the old engine I use. And others that I was able to get my hands on are a headache to implement, because of all the content I would have to modify to make them work.:cautious:

Looks like you made a few mistakes in the past that might haunt you from now on.

Oh well, it's not unplayable. Just weird by nowadays standards.

A lot of mistakes indeed, but at first I didn't pay attention to that, so as you say, I have to live with it.
But that's just how it is.

Well, the "nowadays standards" is, a lot of cucks developers, making Ai, NTR games, and soulless projects... So I couldn't care less about those.

Anyway, my friend, I hope to finish the update soon. I've made a lot of changes and added new content. I hope you'll continue to visit the game's page, as it has been for a long time.;)

The "standard" part was more about what the RPGMs usually provide (may it be free or for a small cash tribute) and not about how disgusting indie devs have become and in some special cases (Jasonafex would be my number 1 pick...) can even rival some tripple A studios. Sorry if that came the wrong way. X3

Hopefully the rather long wait was worth it and we get some more to play with.

Not at all, your idea was clear, mine was a joke (although with a lot of truth sadly), that's why I added the laughing emoji at the end.
