There has been a Chinese and at least one Russian translation started, but as far as I know, none has come very far and I don't think any of them are still worked on. It's a lot of work.

Alcahest : I know you made a custom game "engine" in Java for paradise found. From a technical perspective, does it have multi-language support? (like renpy's translation flles)

No, and in hindsight, maybe I should have, but it never occured to me. Later, after the game had been released for a year or something, I spent a few days working on implementing it after people were interested in doing translations, but I scrapped it because it would require too much work.
