"You won't see but hear about the experiences" basically. (Like that makes much of a difference, you still know about other male characters. just by mentioning others guys, you are bringing attention to them.)
Also that "there are no scenes with other men" is kind of a lie, considering the demo showed Sasha giving a bj to a guy (which was taken out later, but the dev isn't past adding these stuff for the sake of "knowing the character")
