Okay I just wanna say the first Paradise Lust is one of the best written games out there, its one of the very few games on here that I've actually read dialog as opposed to skipping to the fap material. If the first game is anything to go by this is going to be a fucking masterpiece.

What is the playtime compared to the first game?
This is the very first early access build, so... less, for now :)

Keep in mind the final Paradise Lust 1 had 27 monthly releases; this one's had 3 so far. We'll keep on adding content for the next 18 months or so, but obviously supporting us on / , or by picking up the game on , will help make that into a reality.

Since you're still in early development, will there be ports to androids eventually in the future?

I should probably claim the thread at some point, so I can do direct updates; there's a bunch of little fixes that are coming now that more people are testing it (mostly tiny, like making the map easier to sketch, etc).

Hopefully you all enjoy the game, and do join us on Discord if you're curious what's going on:

To answer the various questions people have raised:

- Is this a sequel? Is the other game done?

Yupp. We completed Paradise Lust 1 in end of May 2023, and immediately started work on Paradise Lust 2. It's had 6 months in development so far, and this (0.3.0e) is the 3rd release that's We give Steam keys to Patreons (1x key for $12 lifetime support, 3x keys for $20 lifetime support). Steam's always the latest version, since we use the Beta branch of that to test ourselves. There's no tiered releases or other gimmicks.

- What about that fantasy game?

Sinners Landing is still happily chugging along, with a release planned for Mar 2024. You can now play the beta version if you have one of the Steam keys we give out to Patreons. Still reasonably early in development (it's a bigger game than Paradise Lust, and building a lot of the systems is taking time). Expect saucy tavern wenches, passionate dark-elf priestess and a half-orc muscle-mommy.

- Should I play Paradise Lust 1 first?
Probably. It builds on PL1's cast and story, so while we try to write it so that you can jump straight in you'll have more fun if you've already played PL1. It's a good game, you should try it.

- Is it still set on that damned Island?
Well, we thought briefly about setting the sequel downtown LA, and calling it Gridlock Hell, but decided that a pretty tropical island was a better excuse for chilling with pretty girls.
I really love to see a dev involved here and supportive to F95 even when they have patreon /steam releases. Some devs i saw they hate this site because of the leaks, but you guys i see not only encourage people to support the development but also update the treads with releases for free, and i see the donor status you have, so mad respect.

That being said, i do have a question, Droid Productions and Flexible Media are one and the same? I see that on the Droid patreon page you work on Love of Magic and Morningstar and on Flexible you work on Paradise Lust and Sinners Landing just wanted to know how that fits into place, like two separate teams joined under one roof or one team split into two.

And if you support on one patreon page you get benefits for the other one too?I saw mentioning that $20 to lifetime gets 3 keys but wanted to confirm that(actually curious, 3 keys but there are 4 mentioned games?)

Usually this question wouldn't matter, but i loved the first Paradise Lust( heard about it last week, finished it today and comically i see the continuation 1 hour later so impeccable timing lol) but I'm also kind of interested in Morningstar from the description and I'd like to support but didn't decided on which page yet(I'd just go for steam, but let's face it 3 keys on patreon sounds very much tempting).

And one last thing, if I decide to subscribe for $12 tier to get the first key, would that mean that next time i could message for the other two? (hitting $24 mark at that point from the $20 or lifetime milestone.)

Yes. Internally we have an Android build; it'll go into testing on Discord soon-ish.

Note that I didn't create this thread; I usually wait a week or two after a steam launch to do any updates. This is both to fix any issues (we can fix bugs and issues easily on steam; it's a single button press that auto-updates just what's changed on everyone's local build, vs manually building and mirroring) and to hopefully encourage people to support development.

It's important to note that this is a full-time team. The Paradise Lust 2 team (excluding the Sinners Landing team), is 2 writers, 3 fulltime 2D artists, 2 contract 2D artists, 2 animators (one of which also does puppeteering) and a coder. In addition they share QA and producer resources with Sinners Landing. Only way we can afford to pay for that is through people buying the game on , or supporting development through / .

Droid Productions is just me. I basically enjoyed these games, and started making them as a hobby (didn't have any patreon or anything back then) and distributing them here.

Then the pandemic hit, and my salary disappeared. I ended up opening up a Patreon to help pay bills, and eventually launched Love of Magic on Steam; without that I would have had to quit and go flip burgers for a living.

My day-time job was working as a coder at a small indie studio; I convinced Chase that there was a future in porn, and we spun off a new NSFW team (which became Flexible Media). We set up a new legal entity, and started work on Paradise Lust. A lot of the people there are old friends; I've worked with Chase for 25 years, and Sven Nuudes (the lead artist) for 23.

We're not rich yet (basically every cent we make gets plowed into development, with the team doubling, and then splitting into two to support both Sinners Landing and Paradise Lust 2), but hopefully Paradise Lust 2 and Sinners Landing does well :)

No, they're completely different. Only thing that's the same is that I'm involved in both.

Yupp. $20 or more lifetime support gets you all 3 keys. The latest build is always on the Beta branch; there's no timed tiers or other BS.

For Droid Productions I give any Patreon at any tier who wants keys to LoM Book 1/2/3 and Morningstar. You know where to get the pirated version; the fact that you still chose to support development means a lot.

Hope that helps.
Droid.

Got it. That's impressive and i'm glad it worked out for you.I understand your struggle with the day job,I also work for a game company as a "Lead Tester"(a bit decieving role because I now manage the testers in my team instead of testing the game myself) and work closely with the coders in our area, In my case i really wanted to be involved in game making somehow and having my name in credits makes me proud of all the hard work we invested in the games, so i'm really happy i got this opportunity.

Droid.
I understand, i just subscribed on Flexible Media patreon for $12 tier(xryder_1). Having the game on steam and access to beta branch is very nice plus i wand to support the game throughout the development not just one time.

Thank you for your responses, they were very helpful

O.K. I encountered a bug/problem/me doing something dumb - the morning after the "dinner event" MC recieved a text from Olga to help her "round the checks" during the daytime.
Went straight to the lobby and found Olga on the phone to Karen - the phone text "bubble" was blank and the game froze at that point, and I had to reload.
Reloaded (only save) and the same thing happened again.
Third time I did not go straight to the lobby - went down the path and harvested bamboo/picked flowers to pass time. Went back to the lobby (time was now evening) and the quest progressed normally - text bubble now working and the game progresses (now at point where you get the "outlet").
The "problem" solved itself, so no biggie. Just posting this in case it helps anyone else encounters the same thing.

It's near the loungers - the doggo will be sitting near where you have to click (providing you have triggered the dog "finding" the blue "ball"). At least that is what happened in my game.

Thx, we'll have a look at it.

I found some minor glitches:

The backdrop at the balcony jumps left and right if I enter or leave the location.

During the Jenny/Andrea event Jenny's hat pops up sometimes for a split second. During the kiss at the river the hat is there.

After "debutante", the first time I clicked on Emi, she appeared naked.

Yeah. Most of those should be fixed tomorrow, they're small stuff. Keep it coming, and we'll get stuff fixed up.
