Well yeah, marketing is such a nonsensical thing. You can have a vastly superior product, but then the question is how do you get more eyeballs? And if you have eyeballs, you wonder why are you still lagging behind these other products and services that might be inferior or even basically scams at this point? It's chaos and a real struggle.

Just checking on what the progress is for this one. Good game, love the writing. Will financially support anyways, but I also second the notion of not wanting it on my steam account, hiding games be damned.

Steam's just better in terms of auto-updating the game, etc. We push out builds a couple of times a week; having to download the full 2GB game each time would suck.
