I guess it depends a little on what you mean about lesbian. A couple of the girls 'swing for both sides', as Cath would state. And occasionally Jack will get cock-blocked; he's certainly inherited some traits from Leisure Suit Larry. At the same time, it's a porn game, so he'll get luck a lot more as well. Part of what the story wants to avoid is having Jack get 'too OP too soon'; he needs to take his hits and grow up in his quest to make all the girls his Harem

It was all of the text that I could determine. It's possible the fonts aren't compatible. You also distributed with Mono Bleeding Edge, which I'm not familiar with...

Edit - I started the game (assumed first block was start new. Looks like the rest of the text is okay... Time to play.

I'm using Mint 20 for most of my gaming and normal daily use. You can run Linux in a VM. I used VM's when trying to figure out which distribution I wanted to use while keeping my Windows box intact. I now run Mint as my primary machine and Windows in a VM for mucking about.

Here are some more screen shots from my Linux box while playing. It looks like certain text boxes, etc. are not getting filled in with text.

I'm guessing there is text to the left of the bar graphs.



There may be some text in the block with the backpack (and map).



Character names don't appear to show up.



And the pop-out side pane is empty.

It really looks like it's having a hissy fit over one of the fonts (Adventure without border; the text on the bottom is adventure WITH border). I wonder if it's some kind of case sensitivity issue, or something. Thanks for the detailed repro, that's hugely useful.

I never really moved beyond the start menu, didn't know where to go, so just the start menu ig. Thanks for the game btw!

No worries, I'll see what I can do. The top button is the START menu; another linux user reported that after that all the other fonts seem to work.

I'll keep digging to see if I can find out what's going wrong on Linux.

Not launched on steam yet; it's just using Steam for distributing beta keys to supporters at the moment. We want the game to be quite substantial before we go there, and the first release was just a taste. Next update is planned for first thursday of November.

I understand what you want to make, but by doing that, you made the MC stupid and useless.
The blond chick, Cath, stole Gabby the second day (NTR, I'm not thanking you for that...) and the both of them are seeing the MC as a kind of servant and don't give a shit about him. The MC is the weak one because he can't do nothing without them.
Damn, I hate Cath. I would like to slap her face and tell her to shut up a little. But I can't, because the MC needs her.

You showed a little lesbian scene, but why didn't you show more when the MC returned with the water and Cath had her messed hairs ?

You have to balance you story quicly and made the MC more useful and more alpha, or you won't have the choice and you will have to add more lesbian scenes, and in this context, there will all be "NTR".
But, of course, maybe it's what you want to do, I don't know.

Otherwise, obviously art is obviously gorgeous. Writing its written well enough. Curious if the stats in the upper lefthand corner will come into play later on? I always felt gameplay mechanics such as that should be included as early in the game as possible, but what do I know. Otherwise, a character bio section is always a nice addition.

Control tower is up the hill (where you found the Big Fucking Lizard). It's getting renamed, lots of people were confused by it.

Stats are coming, we're rolling out the gameplay systems a little slower. Next update is entering beta in a week+ (next Thursday) and public release first Thursday of the month. Character Bios go on the phone, but that's dependent on the dating sim mechanic (once the girls like you enough they'll give you a phone number... obviously being alone on a desert island doesn't mean a girl should lower her standards).
