i can view history but i literally cant progress in the intro part at random moments it just gets stuck there

They are reworking everything, a lot of new characters, backgrounds, mehanics, etc ... hopefully they will update this month .
I'm glad they're cooking, but they're a little too quiet on their Discord for my liking. Nevertheless, I don't regret supporting them on Itch.io.
I met a softlock bug in a new version on android. After you seen map for a first time, Elara says that she want to tell one more thing and then dialog box just disappear. Clicking doesn't do anything, game just stuck without opportunity to do anything

You can see update every week on their patreon what are you even talking about
By site terms, it is, in fact, Abandoned. 3 months, I believe is the designated time for when a thread earns Abandoned.

My cheat table for 0.2.6, it will dump Global node which is the most interesting to you, so just use it: you can edit affection, money, days and many more (probably breaking dialogs, but still). Nice art, pity it's not updated here but I suppose supporting the author is better 
Can you parrot their weekly updates then?
I like this and have *no* idea what's going on besides a rework of the engine.
