Yes, wander around the pleasure district after visiting Adara when you return and eventually scene will trigger.

It has optional content with some gay or futa based characters. (Only one so far, though some more will be added, the one character is a elf named Dros you can help make more 'feminine')

It's pre-dominatly straight.
