Hey guys
Just checking in to let you know progress is going well, we've got some cool stuff to talk about, so let's get right to it!

Now, on all fronts we've been making significant progress. We're in the midst of integrating the new content now we've managed to gather enough of the art to finally start assembling and playtesting it piece by piece.
One cool thing still in the testing stage is the ability to now transform into your parasite form in combat. Your parasite form will have different stats and abilities to your human form.
New artwork and things are still being produced as I write this, as well as new locations the player will be able to explore, check out the samples below:

A new spooky location (above)
Whilst all the new artwork and content isn't quite ready yet, I can safely say (hopefully), this will be one of the biggest, if not the biggest update in terms of changes to the game and such.
While I don't want to give a full estimate release date yet till I'm comfortable, we ARE getting closer, thankfully!

Just played the new steam demo.
Here are some observations I made.
• Couldn't actually notice any improvement in the combat system sadly. If anything it seems more cumbersome.
• PLEASE ADD A *SKIP* BUTTON it's really, really needed.
• I don't want to be that guy and it's just my opinion but , I feel the character models are really amazing and gorgeous so it really irritates me when the sex scenes don't make use these gorgeous 2D models and instead shift to totally different 2.5D art which although has improved but still isn't close to the 2D art of the models.
Why put more energy into the sex scenes just to have them hardly resemble thier own character models of the 2d sprites ?
These have been some of my Crticial observation.
There has been some great improvement into the finish and art of the game which is commendable but I focused more on the shortcomings for obvious reasons.
Love the game & all the best.

Another tidbit but makes a huge difference.
The facial features of the models are too clean .
No frickels, no wrinkles, no nothing.
It's make them all look young and the same age.
If some touch-ups could be done to the faces it would add such a character to the models & potray thier age .

It is possible to skip but ir's a bit hidden option. Enable it in the menu options and press Control during the game.
A visible button would be nice however
I guess that inconsistent art style in the scenes is the result of different artists coming and leaving in the project. If it's really so then not much can be done about it, I'm afraid. But I would like to hear the official story.

There's 3 different artists who work in different 'lanes'
-One will only do sex scenes.
-One will only do sprites, etc.
We used to have previous artists and just let them draw what we needed, when we needed it on the condition it stayed in tone etc, but this resulted in messy, disjointed artwork that we've spent months cleaning up, so we switched over to the lanes system - It's the only way to feasibly have multiple artists working on a project and get a hold of some artistic cohesion.
It simply wouldn't be possible to make a game of this scale letting 1 artist do everything.

Can't the other artist make sex scenes using the excellent spirits instead ?
Both the artists working together with the gorgeous 2d art styles would be such an asset to the game.

The patch works fine. I tested it in a clean install of the game, and Bob69 also tested it to make sure it works. Just add the patch version that matches your game version and make sure you install it properly by copying and pasting the game folder into your game folder. After that, you will be able to roll back with the scroll wheel.
