There has to be an exp burst based on refusing to have sex with characters you don't want to, or the player will feel coerced into making choices to give up exp in the name of not wanting to have sex with the furry.

Don't you dare question those decisions. All you will get is a git gut due to mastermind complex and whatever it takes to make it as tedious as possible.

Maybe. It's not as bad as it looks, though. New sex scenes usually won't give you more than 80 XP.
Personally, I would just remove XP gain from sex scenes. Making players anxious about losing XP is kind of pointless when the game already uses a more milestone-based levelling system.

Well, i finally manage to reach the end of the current story, right at the beginning of Act II (v0.164-bugfix), and i must say:
1. Game pros:
a. Great quality in the UI, Art and animations.
b. Good music.
c. A decent gameplay, you only grind for resources and money, XP can only be gain by doing quests.
d. A good story.
e. You dont need to grind too many relationships points, some visual novels like these abuse this mechanic by making the progresion of the relationships too long and thus artificially extend the gameplay hours.
2. Game con:
a. You cannot revert the points that you have invested.
b. The choices that you make are mostly flavour, but i think this game have the potential of multiple ending.
c. The speed of the parasite infection level is too fast, a short travel outside the city is too dangerous, at least in the beginning, an option of making sex with your female companions should be added.
Overall, i would say that this is the most aesthetically pleasing visual novel i had play, but now we will have to wait another eternity for the Act II to continue.

Soooo I finally got around to checking out the newest update. And while I haven't finished it yet though. Really giving off them finale vibes and unsure if I should continue. Or roll back and start start knockin all the girls up. That aside, that whole battle stuff was uh.... pretty sweet. Now I know, I know. People are here for the poon and romance. If you want to save Shani it's pretty easy as all you have to do is complete the quest with Nyx involving the slaver as Alysha the slave fights the ghoul and saves Shani then you get to save Alysha.
Of course maybe you already knew this and just wanted to see what happened, anyways figured I would tell you just in case.
Found this annoying as well. Went heavy aoe because 2-4 target fights were 95% of the combat but oh boy did that ever make bosses suck

I love this game! Marcus and Caspian just have way too much aura once they're transformed
So kinda wondering what the most useful stat actually is in the game? Cause the leveling from what I've read and heard of the game is kinda slow/weak.
